Red Wine Binitord
Intense violet cherry. In the nose it is frank and aromatic, expressing predominantly very black and fresh fruit (blackberry, plum ...), with evolution to jams in the second term, typical of southern wines. Licorice notes and a balsamic and wooden point (vanilla). Mineral notes The nose predominates the primary aromas of aging, being this a complement to the former. The mouth is powerful and tasty.
Origin: Illa de Menorca Land wine.
Varieties: 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Tempranillo, 13% Syrah, 12% Merlot.
Bright cherry color of medium layer.
In the nose it is frank and aromatic, clearly expressing the very ripe black fruit, accompanied, very Mediterranean. Notes of honey, licorice and aging, spices, vanilla and toffee.
The palate is very soft and yet tasty, has body and volume, with a well-integrated acidity.
The retronasal is fresh and prolonged, with black fruit predominately fresher than in the nose.
Service temperature: 14º to 16º C.
Aging in French and American oak barrels for 3 months.

Bodegas Binitord
Warehouse located in the municipality of Ciutadella de Menorca, created in the year two thousand seven. The vineyard has an extension of 3 hectares, has twelve thousand strains of the varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah for red varieties and Chardonnay and Macabeo for white varieties.
After a long period of experimentation, it has brought to the market a line of high-end, well-elaborated wines, which symbolize the restoration of Menorquina's long viticultural tradition.
The cellar facilities are underground, perfectly adapted to the environment, visually respecting the beauty of the environment. This cellar, completely excavated in seas, maintains the perfect temperature constantly, without large oscillations, giving the wines the suitable conditions for aging.
Although a good part of the work of the vineyard is done in a traditional way, the facilities dedicated to the preparation have modern stainless steel tanks and new generation machinery.
