The rich tradition of Sa Forana's artisanal wines is infused with the unique character of Menorca, where stone, sea and wind converge to give its products a distinctive flavor. The meticulous production of these wines begins with the careful selection of grapes at the precise point of phenolic maturity, thus revealing the authentic minerality of the calcareous terrain that characterizes the region.

Solano Molins Winery has been a prominent presence in Menorca since the 1970s, when the family began their journey into the wine world. In 2003, they started their project with the mission of spreading joy through the creation of high-quality wines. The winery is built on the pillars of gastronomic love, craftsmanship and deep respect for the natural environment, seeking to root this culture in the Menorcan land.

Their commitment to excellence culminated in the launch of their first wine on the market in 2008, marking the beginning of a trajectory of continued success. Currently, the winery produces around 13,000 bottles a year by hand, emphasizing quality over quantity. The selection of grapes, carried out with precision, remains an essential pillar in the creation of the four different wines they offer: two reds and two whites, each uniquely expressing the unmistakable minerality of the calcareous soil of Menorca.
